Very good seminar…easy to understand. Great speaker! Musante is very open to questions and makes himself available at all times. Video clips helped out a lot. They made the teaching points very understandable and provided realistic examples to the teachings. I think the seminar will teach me to really listen to what people say and then use the person's own words against them.
